We are happy to announce the recent orders for five vertical roller mills from JK Lakshmi Cement for their expansion projects at Durg, Madhubani, and Prayagraj. It must be noted that Gebr Pfeiffer supplied and successfully commissioned an MVR 6000 C-6 mill in Udaipur Cement Works of JK Lakshmi Cement in the year 2023. The orders for the new expansion projects for MVR vertical roller mills are a testament of the market-leading performance of the MVR mill in Udaipur Cement Works. We thank JK Lakshmi Cement for their trust in Gebr Pfeiffer once again.
As part of the present expansion projects, Gebr. Pfeiffer will supply an MVR 5600 R-6 mill for raw grinding, an MPS 3070 BK mills for petcoke/coal grinding and 3 nos. MVR 5000 C-4 mills for finish grinding. The scope includes engineering and supply of complete equipment in the mill departments and supervision of installation and commissioning.
The MVR mills are equipped by Gebr. Pfeiffer with the modern systems for preventive, maintenance-oriented condition monitoring. This will enable the customer to implement modern, digital maintenance concepts.
Order execution will be jointly done by the subsidiary Gebr. Pfeiffer (India) Pvt. Ltd. and Gebr. Pfeiffer SE (Germany). The entire customer support and plant engineering will be carried out by competent Pfeiffer engineers in Noida, India.
