Long-standing Pfeiffer customer from Turkey orders further mills and now also puts his trust in MVR technology
In 2014, the Turkish customer BILIM Makina bought an MPS 250 BK pet coke mill for a cement plant in Elazig. As the mill has been operating to the customer’s full satisfaction since its commissioning, he has now decided to place an order for an identical mill for his new project Dincer Cimento in Bilecik.
The many years of extremely positive experience with the Pfeiffer MPS technology has made BILIM Makina go for the first time for the MVR technology leading in the field of cement and cement raw material grinding. The MVR 5000 R-4 raw mill chosen will also be set up in Bilecik for Dincer Cimento.
Featuring a drive power of 3800 kW, the MVR mill will grind 425 t/h of cement raw material to a fineness of 12 % R 90 µm. In addition to the mill, Gebr. Pfeiffer will supply the high efficiency cyclone collector, the mill fan and some shut-off flaps and control dampers.
The MPS 250 BK is designed to grind pet coke at 30 t/h to a fineness of 3 % R 90 µm.
The commissioning of both mills is scheduled to take place early in 2019.
