Pfeiffer Technical Seminar Egypt in Sharm El-Sheikh

After the success of similar technical seminars in other countries, Gebr. Pfeiffer invited clients from the MENA region to the Hyatt Regency hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. More than 50 attendees were welcomed, representing clients from all over the MENA region who were given the opportunity to profit from the Pfeiffer experts’ experiences and to use them for the Pfeiffer mills in operation at their works.

In addition to specialized talks, the two-day event was an opportunity for knowledge transfer between several technical experts from Gebr. Pfeiffer and leading figures from various cement companies in the MENA region, and these experts also took the chance to discuss their experiences in a series of animated discussions.

The first day included exciting updates on grinding processes optimization and a presentation and discussion of after sales service strategies and other industrial sectors, maintenance and troubleshooting, followed by thought provoking round table discussions.

The first day of the seminar was rounded off with a festive gala dinner where Gebr. Pfeiffer team were available for any open topic discussions from the valued clients.

The second day included a lot of very interesting topics like upgrades and modernizations and automation development.

In his closing speech, Gebr. Pfeiffer Egypt Managing Director Ahmed Essam acknowledged the enthusiastic participation from attendees in the exchanges of ideas and their positive response to the event hosted by Gebr. Pfeiffer’s subsidiary in Egypt.

This direct communication with the customers helps to even better understand their needs. In fact, this is part of Gebr. Pfeiffer’s ongoing endeavor to find optimum solutions both in terms of products and services for our customers all over the world.
